FAQs

When do I have to order? We never get rid of photos so you can order any time whether it's 2 weeks later or 2 years.

Do I have to buy a package? No. We offer packages as a service to the you the customer so that if they fit your needs it will save you a few bucks. If a package does not suit you, simply order what you want from our a la carte pricing.

Do I have to order all of my photographs at one time? No you may order as little or as much as you want and come back anytime to order more.

Can I purchase extra proofs? Yes

Do I get to keep my proofs? Yes

Can I have prints made in black and white, sepia (brown tone) or handcolored? Yes. Any photo can be printed in black and white or sepia at no extra charge. Handcoloring can be done for an additional fee. The cost will be quoted on an individual basis

Do I have to order the prints exactly how they look in the proofs? No. For instance if a proof is in black and white and you prefer color just let us know at the time you place your order or vice versa.

Can I schedule a Sunday appointment? Unless it is a "photo emergency" we try to avoid Sunday appointments so Bob can have at least 1 day off.
